If You Want to Submit Format Free Submission

Besides, SAG Publishing offers Format Free submissions for a simplified submission process in all our journals. However, you have to pay 50 USD for formatting service charges. Before you submit, you will need:

  • Your manuscript: this should be an editable file including text, figures, tables, or separate files – whichever you prefer. All required sections should be contained in your manuscript, including the abstract, introduction, methods, results, and conclusions. Figures and tables should have legends. Figures should be pasted in the manuscript file with the highest resolution possible. References may be submitted in any style or format, as long as it is consistent throughout the manuscript. Supporting information should be submitted in separate files. Suppose the manuscript, figures, or tables are difficult to read. In that case, it will also be difficult for the editors and reviewers, and the editorial office will send it back to you for revision. Your manuscript may also be sent back to you for revision if the quality of the English language is poor.
  • The title page of the manuscript includes:
    • Your co-author details, including affiliation and email address. (Why is this important? We must keep all co-authors informed of the outcome of the peer-review process).

Publication Fee: The publication fee is 120 USD and the author/s needs to pay this fee upon acceptance of the article in the SAG Publishing account.
